Shipping policy

Shipping Charges for T-shirts are determined and added at Checkout depending on customer location.

Shipping of ONLY PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS IS FREE for the contiguous 48 states. Once you receive a tracking number, it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive via Ground shipping based on your location. All orders WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE by customer, except for T-shirts. GEORGE SAITAS PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible or liable for any stolen items from customers order after delivery and signature is acquired by delivery/carrier service. Once order is received in good condition and signed for it is the customers assumes full responsibility for the product(s). In the case of receiving and signing for your order with a packaging that is in 'good condition' without signs of damage but upon opening you find the product(s) damaged then:

Only replacements for the same exact product and size/material are allowed only if the item is inherently defective from manufacturer or damaged in transit/delivery to you. In either circumstance, Proof of damage is very important if a print arrives damaged, customer must take photos of the damage to the product, any visible damage to the shipping materials (box, insert, etc.), and finally the shipping label to prove it was from that shipment. Those photos will be what allow us to file a successful claim with the carrier.

Once these photos are sent by email to georgesaitasphotography.com then we can start the replacement process with the carrier service and product manufacturer.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
