Refund policy
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds are NOT possible because all items are Custom made-to-order and paid for immediately to the production companies.
Only Replacements are possible if product is damaged of defective.
Only Shipping Damages and inherent product Defects can warrant a reprint and the damaged/defective item must be returned to us for evaluation before the replacement can be sent out to you.
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and no later than 3 days of receiving delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the issue in your email to us.
To start a return, you must first contact us at georgesaitasphotography@protonmail.com. Please note that returns will not be accepted.
